Retired police officer and FBI agent
Don Francis earned his master degree in criminal justice from the universal of Minnesota. He worked with the St. Paul Police department in their crime lab before joining the FBI. He worked for the FBI for 16 years, served as special detail agent to President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump before retiring and forming the company.

Richard Anderson
Polygraph Analyst
Private investigator with the Minneapolis Police Department. He serves as independent analyst with the company. He is a former US Military Intelligence Officer that served in Iraq, Libya and Germany. He also an expert in body-language and other nonverbal communications.
